Randy lives in the Salem area with his wife, Lisa. Together they have six children and thirteen grandchildren who bring great joy to their lives. He is actively involved in his church community and enjoys serving others through it. In his free time, Randy enjoys playing the drums and guitar, and he still has a passion for skateboarding.

Trevor Bowman is a dedicated financial services professional with nearly a decade of industry experience. A native of Vinton and the son of agency owner Randy Bowman, Trevor brings both deep community roots and a strong professional foundation to his work.

He began his career as a Mortgage Loan Officer and has spent the past seven years serving as an Associate Insurance Agent. In college, Trevor studied Business Management and is passionate about partnering with individuals and families in his community to help them make informed financial decisions that support long-term success and stability.

Trevor and his wife, Katlyn, are proud parents of two young boys. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, visiting parks, and going on walks together. An avid sports fan, Trevor enjoys attending games and cheering on the Los Angeles Lakers, the Oregon Ducks, and the Cincinnati Reds, as well as supporting local high school football.
